Due to the differing requirements of the direct communities associated with each Cleethorpes Childcare provision, and due to the numbers of children we can accommodate at each session, the following admissions criteria have been agreed:

Signhills Pre-school
 Age/ birth order
 the vicinity of the home to the setting; and
 siblings already attending the setting
 
Middlethorpe Pre-school
 Age/ birth order
 Catchment/vicinity of the home to the setting
 Additional hours (i.e. above 15 hours) offered to those children already
attending a Cleethorpes Childcare provision on a first come, first served basis.
 Any remaining places to be offered to younger children (min 2.5 years old),
within catchment
 
Little Joes Pre-school
 Age/ birth order
 Siblings on site (school or pre-school)
 Catchment
 
Hardys Den Out-of-School Club
 First come, first served basis for actual bookings (not registration)

 We keep a place vacant where possible, to accommodate an emergency admission at any, or all of our settings.

The catchment area is the proximity to the setting you wish your child to attend.  We currently have 3 Pre-school provisions which admit children according to their catchment area in accordance with the admissions policy agreed by Cleethorpes Childcare Executive Committee.  When your child is registered on the waiting list, you will receive confirmation of this which will identify the Pre-school within your catchment area.

Children in North East Lincolnshire are eligible for up to 15 hours of registered early education from the term following their third birthday. 

The 15 hours of funding can be shared between a maximum of 2 childcare providers, at parents discretion.
